| This attractive period property combines the beauty of a traditional Edwardian house with contemporary style and comfort. Brixton is also a vibrant, cultural area of London, with excellent transport links. It’s the perfect place to experience all London has to offer and make the most of the 2012 Olympic Games. The house Sleeps 4 to 9 comfortably. Accommodation is arranged across three spacious double bedrooms, a single bedroom, and other rooms that can be converted to bedrooms if desired. Facilities include three large separate bath and shower rooms, with one luxury spa bath. The family kitchen, large living room and separate dining room give abundant space to relax. The garden is home to birds and wildlife and perfect for warm summer evenings. There is also a covered verandah housing a pool table and darts board, complete with mood lightening. Extra features include original stained glass windows, period fireplaces, walk-in wardrobe, chandeliers and views over London’s famous skyline. Transport links Brixton tube and rail stations are only 5 minutes walk away. Main transport hubs including Victoria, Clapham Junction, Waterloo and London Bridge are 15 minutes journey. Bus stop at end of the road provide additional connections. The Olympic Park is approximately 40 minutes away. Local area Brixton Village is well reported as one of the top areas in London for its variety of good restaurants. Local Boutique shops and cafes, alongside Brixton Market, provide all the shopping you need. Local pubs and clubs boast the best of London’s music scene. Other entertainment on your doorstep includes the leisure centre, cinema, Clapham Common and Brockwell Park. There you can enjoy excellent outdoor facilities including tennis courts, community gardens, children’s play area, swimming pool and cafés.
