| The accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms (2 large double rooms and one small double) with a comfortable double sofa bed in the lounge. The open plan kitchen/dining room is fitted with a dishwasher, washing machine, cooker and fridge freezer with all utensils, crockery and pots and pans provided. The lovely, bright lounge area opens out directly onto to a fully decked back garden through a full wall of floor to ceiling height glazed patio doors and has a wall mounted 38" TV, Bose Ipod dock, lots of board games and books for relaxing. The garden is perfect for bbq's in the evenings. There is a family bathroom on the first floor with a further toilet on the ground floor.There is easy on street parking (permits provided). Free wifi access is also provided. The location of the property is ideal for walking to the Olympic Park as it is only a 10 minute walk along Regent's Canal. Victoria Park is even closer and is playing host to the 'Olympic Festival at Victoria Park' where there will be live screenings of the sporting action together with a number of on site events such as music concerts, artistic performances and exhibitions. The rental will include the use of two bikes with locks, which will mean getting around should not require a car and the full benefits of the canal and surrounding area can be accessed easily. Central London is easily accesibe by bus (the number 8 to Oxford Circus goes from outside our door) or Tube (Mile End Station on the Central Line is a 15 min walk).
