| I have a brand new two bedroom / 2 bathroom 1000+ sq ft condo. We are about a 45 second walk to the Canada Line Skytain station. It takes 15 minutes to the Olympic Village. It also will take you 4 minutes to the Olympic Speed Skating Oval. We have a shopping centre across the street (Richmond Centre) as well as many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Everything is brand new and nobody has lived in it yet or even slept on the beds. Some of the highlights of our pad include: 2 full baths with tubs , 2 queen beds, the master bedroom has an ensuite bath as well as a walk in closet, plush down duvets, and pillow top mattresses a big gourmet kitchen with stainless steel and gas appliances and all cutlery and pots plates pans and glasses. All the gadgets any techie cannot live without including a big top of the line LED TV, PS3, Wifi, home theatre and full HD cable for your Olympic viewing pleasure. We also include one secure underground parking space. Our building has a 24 hour concierge as well as a club house and media center. we also have several rooftop gardens (though it will be a bit chilly to enjoy them) No smoking indoors (smoking on our concrete patio is fine) no pets . This is not a sublet and we actually own the condo. We will be in town during the games and will be more than happy to assist you with any queries or insight you may require. |
