| A Bright and Spacious Garden Maisonette with a beautiful open plan living room. Kitchen diner with breakfast bar, and dining table to seat six. Large French doors lead to a lovely enclosed garden which has covered decking and lawn. 37" TV with HD & Cable (Sky) in the living room. Modern kitchen with fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave etc. 2 double bedrooms with kingsize beds and fitted cupboards plus 1 single bedroom. We are all on one level and fully furnished with bedding and towels included. A baby cot and high chair are available upon request. We have a fantastic location situated opposite the Royal Bushy Park and very close to Hampton Court Palace (the former residency of Henry the VIII). Other local attractions include The Royal Botanic Gardens at Kew (20 mins), Windsor Castle (45 mins), Claremont Gardens (20 mins) and Ham House (20 mins). Children will love visiting Legoland, Chessington World of Adventures and Thorpe Park which are all within 40 mins. Teddington is a small town on the Thames and is part of Richmond Upon Thames, one of the most beautiful and safest suburbs of London. The maisonette is situated 10 minutes walk from the Train station and High Street which has many restaurants, cafe’s and excellent shopping. This really is a fantastic location and a wonderful place for you to base your visit to our fantastic Olympic city! The attractions of London (theatres, museums, galleries) are an easy journey from Teddington Train station or Richmond Underground. We are close to the following Olympic events: the Cycling Time Trials at Hampton Court (just a short walk across the park), Wimbledon Tennis (only 20 min away by train or car), and the Olympic park is about 1hr 20mins by train and tube. We are also an easy 20 minute drive from Heathrow Airport (and there is a direct bus service). |
