During your two blocks of walk toward our building (Grand Heather Gardens), you will notice a variety of authentic restaurants ¡V French, Italian, Japanese, Cambodian, Vietnamese, Chinese, Mexican, Mediterranean and so on. Many other ethnic restaurants such as Mongolian, Thai and Greek are within one block of the Broadway Skytrain station also, not to mention about the gourmet coffee shops such as Starbucks and Blenz that you will pass by. Half way of your walk, you will arrive at one of the best Vancouver restaurants, the Cactus Club, where you will find the most attractive waitresses and friendliest waiters with their best service! Within blocks is the City Square Shopping Centre, a shopping mall where you will find all kinds of interesting souvenir. Giant chain stores such as London Drugs, Canadian Tire Department Store, Best Buy, Home Depot, Whole Food Market, Save-On Food, Winners Department Store, Safeway, Office Depot and are just around the blocks to serve you, too! Do not forget to take a 5-minute stroll northwards towards the scenic walk on the False Creek Seawall, which leads to the most famous Granville Island where all kinds of cultural activities occurs. Or you can enjoy the comfortable sea breeze while taking an aquabus ferry to downtown or Granville Island. When you first open the large door of your penthouse suite, it is not the marvelous black granites that tile the entrance foyer or the gas fireplace that attract you, nor the beautiful Italian furniture in the dining room that impress you, it is the eye-catching million dollar view of the snow capped North Shore mountains that hold your breath. You will find yourself magnetically drawn through the luxurious living room toward the huge 437 sq.ft patio where you will never forget the unobstructed skyline of the Downtown Vancouver. It is a view where no other downtown accommodations can beat! Even by sunset, lying on your King-sized bed in the spacious Master Bedroom, you will still find your eyes staring through the top-to-bottom glass windows and still sticking onto those golden buildings in downtown. You will see the Olympic Celebrations activities in David Lam Park from a distance and the huge screen outside the B.C. Stadium from a distance. After a full day of excitement, you will enjoy the quietness of your vacation home at night. Thanks to our concrete partitioned walls construction, that separates each suite, offering the highest degree of quietness and peacefulness that few high rises can offer in Canada. Unfortunately, most concrete high-rises are only partitioned with fiberglass insulated walls. The second bedroom is furnished with a cozy queen size bed where your child can sleep peacefully. Additional sofa bed or inflatable bed can be provided if requested. Your suite also comes with the best underground parking stall in the building next to the elevator foyer. The underground parking is secured with cameras. In addition to a regular lock, for extra security and peace of mind, the suite front entrance is also equipped with a very expensive high security lock that no one else except the landlord can duplicate through one authorized locksmith. Make sure other landlords provide such security features before you commit to other rentals. That is the last thing you want in an unfamiliar place if security can be compromised. Appliances include cooktop, oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, huge side-to-side refrigerator, microwave, dehumidifier, in-sink erator and Built-in Central Vacuum Cleaner. The building is wheelchair friendly and accessible. The suite can possibly be available before Feb 11, if requested. Please email us and discuss the days which best suit for your itinerary.
