Walking distance of the Municipal owned/operated 2010 Games/Spirit plaza (with live CBC TV games coverage & nightly entertainment), lots of fine restaurants, shops, SeaWalk, Aquatic/Fitness Centre & bus stops to downtown, Cypress Mtn (site of 2010 Games snowboarding, downhill aeriels & moguls events) & Whistler. Conveniently located 1/2 way between Cypress mtn, and downtown venues(about 15-20 minutes from each). 5 minute walk away from bus and fast ferry terminal providing easy access to downtown without the need to worry about congestion or scare parking downtown. The entire main part of the house has a Bose Lifestyle sound system with integrated music/radio in all rooms except the 2.5 bathrooms. Surround sound high definition TV in the main living room with a wood burning fireplace & lots of wood to burn. The fourth bedroom is located in a separate ground floor suite (self contained) which has its own entrance, all applicances, cooking facilities, washer/dryer, furniture, TV/cable/internet, washer/dryer plus heated floors and new rug. Both the main house & suite also have separate rooms with a pull out couch that can sleep 1-2 people. Three outdoor seating areas/deck, two of which are covered with chairs. Four TVs in the entire house. Lots of parking with one garage, one carport and 2 driveways. Almost new furnace, hot water heater and water purification system serving the entire house. This house is perfect for most groups, whether two-three couples, families or small corporate groups offered at a very reasonable price considering location, ambiance, new facilities & amenities. Located minutes away from Cypress, downtown & close to Whistler, the latter being just over an hour away or 5 minutes away from the bus departure area.
