The dining room seats 10 and faces out to the gorgeous views. The spacious living room, has a cozy seating area from which to enjoy that evening cocktail. There is also an LCD TV with Blue Ray player. Down-stairs is the private 3rd bedroom with its own terrace, 2 double beds, fireplace, large screen LCD TV, DVD player, and bathroom for extra privacy. The living, dining and master-bedroom open out to a 1,200 square foot patio area with stunning 180 degree ocean views and comes equipped with BBQ and martini pool. The martini pool is heated by a heat pump which allows warm dipping on cooler evenings. Originally made as a special viewing area from which to enjoy a cocktail or chat while soaking up the view.
