CONTRACTS

We provide extensive help with negotiating contracts between parties. This service is included as part of both the All Inclusive and Basic services. Contracts are drafted and monitored by a legal team to ensure accuracy and effectiveness. Most contracts will be custom tailored to each property and even each property rental period. Owners will be able to amend the conditions depending on the Guests and Rental Period. There are two types of contracts you will be asked to sign:

1. Agreement with RFTG. This contract explains all commission arrangements, sets the limits of liability on both parts and ensures that both parties act according to the rules.
2. Rental Agreement with the Guests. This defines the Owner's commitment to provide their property for rental to the applicants they have accepted as the Guests. The Guests will commit by immediately processing a non-refundable Security/Damage Deposit. We will then go ahead and sign the Agreements with the Owners before forwarding them onto the Guests. Both parties will have sufficient time to review or revise a contract, and will be able to rely on us to negotiate contract terms, where applicable.
