In the unlikely event that they do not have their own system for legally protecting rental deals, we will be happy to provide a lawyer-approved contract for both parties. Most contracts will be custom tailored to each property, and even each property rental period. Owners will be able to amend the conditions depending on the Guests and Rental Period.
