HOW TO USE THIS SITE

Owners

To register with RFTG

• Click on RFTG Log In > Register Now at the top of the page
• Complete the Registration Form so we can keep in touch with you about your property
• Log In using your Username or Email address and the Password you registered with
• You will be taken to your User Control Panel

To list your property with RFTG

• Click on Add Property on the left hand side of the User Control Panel
• Complete the information relating to your property and click Add to Database

To add/edit photos

• In Overview in the User Control Panel select Click Here to Upload Picture
• - or -
• In My Properties in the User Control Panel select Edit Property Photos
• Browse through your computer and select files to upload to Property Photos or Surrounding Area Photos
• Select the photos that you want set as the Main Photo for each section
• Save Changes

To edit Pricelist

• In My Properties select Edit Pricelist
• Add the necessary information regarding Price List
• Save Changes

To edit Calendar

• In My Properties select Edit Calendar
• Follow the directions at the top of the page to change the availability

To edit Content

• In My Properties select Edit Content
• Make the necessary adjustments on the Add/Edit Property form
• Save Changes

Guests

To register with RFTG

• Click on RFTG Log In > Register Now at the top of the page
• Complete the Registration Form with your contact details
• Log In using your Username or Email address and the Password you registered with
• You will be taken to your User Control Panel

To search properties by location

• Click on you preferred region in the Map on the homepage
• You will be presented with the inventory of all properties listed in the chosen region

To search by keyword

• Type the keyword in the box above the map on the homepage
• You will be presented with the inventory of all properties listed with that keyword

To search by Property #

• Type the property number in the box above the map on the homepage
• You will be presented with the property that matches that number

To search properties using Advanced criteria

• Click on Advanced Search under the Map on the homepage
• Select your preferred region from the drop down menu
• Select the minimum and maximum number of beds
• Select the minimum and maximum weekly rate
• Click Search Now
• You will be presented with a list of all properties listed that match your criteria

To add properties to your Favourites

• Log In (if you are not already logged in)
• Click on Add to Favourites at the bottom of the Property Overview for the property you wish to add

To view your Favourites

• Log In (if you are not already logged in)
• Click on My Favourites on the left hand side of the User Control Panel

To add notes to your Favourites

• Type your notes in the Notes box in My Favourites in the User Control Panel
• Click Save Note
