You are a true Olympics fan and don't want to miss out on London 2012. Although it is a great tourist destination, the city is not equipped with enough hotel spaces to accommodate thousands of extra visitors. Currently there is NO alternative than to look for private accommodations. Thankfully the people of the United Kingdom are a very hospitable group, and many will open up their homes in 2012. It still may not be enough so we advise you start looking TODAY!

Screening goes both ways at Rent For The Games. Visitors can find themselves in trouble if the advertised property is not as it appears, or if the home owner simply changes their mind. This is why private rentals, with the help and assurance of a professional company like RFTG, is the way to go. If you've done a little research in this field, then you know that some privately arranged accommodations can go wrong. We are here to ensure a problem free rental experience for you and your family & friends.

All properties listed with RFTG are subject to inspection after a rental is agreed, which means an agent will personally verify the ownership of the premises, and confirm all the details as they appear on each listing. Furthermore, the owner is contractually obligated to keep the advertised dates reserved for you. There will be no last minute surprises or disappointments.

SUPPORT

The owner or an agent will meet you upon check-in and check-out, as well as provide you with contact information for the duration of your stay, should you need to contact them during the Rental Period. Either RFTG or an agent working on our behalf will facilitate the arrangements for the Rental Agreement and process the payments for the Rental Fee, which is held in Trust and issued to the owner closer to the date of the Rental Period. This allows for us to make sure that everything is going forward as per the agreement.

APPLICATION

The application process starts with you filling out an online Accommodation Request Form, or the Send Enquiry Contact Form at the bottom of the listing of the property you are interested in. Please provide us with as much information as possible regarding the details of your visit, and we will make every effort to find suitable accommodation for you. We, or an agent working on our behalf, will be happy to negotiate the dates and conditions of the rental.
